Our round nose Superjet cut files kit includes DXF cut sheets for both the bottom deck and the melamine (MDF) jig. It will also include a “small” box of hard parts that are precision machined. Our instructional videos will walk you through the entire process of building the jig, bottom deck, separating your hull, swapping the aluminum bottom on, and re-foaming your hull if you choose to do so. With this kit you will be able to locally source your own 3/16” 5052 aluminum and 3/4” Melamine. You can then cut them out at a local router and laser table.
